EASY SLIMMING WITH YOGA & EFT
[10 week course]
This will be the 6th year that this successful course has been running for
men and women but this time there is an added dimension – EFT –emotional
freedom technique.
It has been enormously gratifying to see people taking charge of their
lives and become more self confident as they lose the extra weight that they
want to shed when on the 10 week slimming course. Some have lost up to
21 lbs, others have been happy with 7. We know that slimming diets do
not tend to work for the majority of us in the long term and yet we still get
the calling to try anything when we are overweight. We usually know how
we got there and what sorts of foods put on the pounds.
This course puts healthy living into practice so that the slimming diets
are a thing of the past.
On my course we look to identify any reasons for being overweight and use this to get rid of old habits and beliefs that no longer serve us. We’re working towards:

"It’s been fun - not too hard and it really helped being with others."
RELAXATION
[4 week course]
Come and join me for 4 weeks and learn how to relax, be light hearted and
slow down from the fast pace that we sometimes find ourselves in.
This 4 week course will teach you different relaxation techniques that you can
easily use.
Do you:
• Get easily irritated
• Have trouble sleeping
• Look on the negative side of things
• Need to slow down
• Never have enough time in the day
• Take on too much
• Can’t say ‘no’
• Need to relax!
If one or more of the above is YOU
Then this might just help you get back on course again.
PAST STUDENTS COMMENTS
"These 4 weeks were very useful and I learnt how to relax at any time. Thank you Gill."
EFT, DIET & YOGA
A class consists of EFT, Yoga and visualization.
EFT is a gentle yet powerful technique for ridding ourselves of beliefs that
no longer are necessary for us. We gently find the triggers
to being overweight and release them.
The Yoga postures help you stretch and tone the body in harmony with
correct breathing. These can have a strong effect on the body and give
a wonderful sense of Well Being. If one is calm and relaxed this helps
to feel in control and lessen the fast pace of life.
Yoga can also give suppleness to the body, help with concentration, stress
relief and give more energy.
Yoga can help you to focus only on yourself for the time that you are practicing
with no other thoughts of others or events. This is so healing and can help
to develop high self-esteem and confidence.
Being aware of what is being eaten and drunk together with its effects with
EFT, Yoga and aerobic exercise will allow the student to continue with this
healthier lifestyle after the course, through choice. If they want
to continue losing weight or need more ongoing support then they can join
the next 10-week course.
So, I am coming from the angle of a complete lifestyle EFT giving the freedom from constraints together with Yoga giving suppleness, toning, flexibility, being in control and having a sense of Well Being. This is integrated with good, healthy food, learning about what is healthy and helpful food to the body and mind; why some foods are harmful and how the interaction with exercise is important.
