Growth & Personal Development



A  6 week course that teaches you different ways of relaxing that you can use whenever you need to. This is separate from Yoga and we sit down for this in chairs!

Dear Gill and Julie, what can I say.I had such a wonderful weekend, I met some beautiful people who were so friendly, funny,happy and chatty. I feel like I have known them for ages. I feel enriched and uplifted by them all, and the yoga, the laughter yoga and the walks just enriched my body and soul.
You two worked so hard to prepare this weekend, checking that everything would run smoothly, which it did. The food was delicious!! I thank you both very much.

-Friday - arrive after 2pm - yogic stretch followed by a relaxed evening with dinner and introductions.

-Saturday - morning yoga followed by breakfast, walk around Lulworth Cove or similar area, pub lunch, dinner in the chalet, chill out and fun evening.

-Sunday -morning yoga followed by breakfast, local walk or chill, tasty soup for lunch and depart anytime in the afternoon.


                  All for the amazing price of £205.00

Meals and accommodation are also included with shared home made catering for all meals except our Saturday pub lunch which you will pay for yourself.


You will be staying in a quiet location near Bere Regis and Wareham in the heart of the countryside.  Our accommodation is 2 adjacent luxury 5 star 'Purbeck' Log Homes. Each Log Home will accommodate 6 Yoga students and has a sauna, 3 ensuite bedrooms, open plan kitchen and lounge.

Meet Saturday 23rd May - end of this week on Southbourne Beach just to the right of The Bistro on the Beach at 9 till 10am. Parking on the road above is free otherwise there is a car park a little further along [going towards Hengistbury Head] Donation is to be £5 unless people want to give more or less.
This one is not to be missed. The weatherman says it's going to be the hottest day of the weekend, so be there to enjoy yoga and help Nepalese people.

This is a 2 hour workshop  of fun and playfulness.

You will discover how to access laughter and happiness easily using simple techniques. This will be useful both personally and in areas of work.

We will explore how to be mindful of ourselves and our actions and why this is helpful.

Whatever our situation is we will look at how we can transform our body chemistry to be happier naturally. Our laughter and happiness can be with us in times of ease and we will learn how to access it in times of need.

We will prove this scientific fact

Chair Yoga.   

If you cannot easily get up and down from the floor and want to experience Yoga then this may be for you. In a class or 1-1 I adapt postures to suit you the individual so that Yoga is always accessible. I will be sharing Chair Yoga on Wednesday 7th January at 7.30pm. Please join me and experience gentle movement and Yoga breathing.  It is then on Youtube forever!

Firewalk - BCHA Charity Firewalk.  Gill  walked over hot coals on APRIL 11th 2013 at Highcliff Marriott Hotel Bournemouth to raise money for this amazing charity who help vulnerable people who may be facing life on the street or in a circle of issues that they want help to break out of.  As a group of 38 we raised over £8,000.  Many thanks
