Combining quality Hatha Yoga classes with an expanding menu of healing modalities such as EFT & NLP, I offer a truly eclectic style and a loving presence to assist with balance, rejuvenation, relaxation and emotional relief.
Also on offer are weekly yoga classes for adults and children in the Christchurch, Dorset and surrounding areas.
Call for private sessions with me using the exciting techniques of EFT therapy. A gentle approach to releasing unresolved emotional and physical problems, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) often works on issues when nothing else will.
The services and techniques I offer are built from some of the most powerful practices around. From the timeless practice of yoga to the 20th century adaptations of timeless, proven modalities that use the power of the body's own healing system to create peace and health.
